What about your network? Is it active or inefficient? What is the risk and the opportunity of your network?
Time Sanders advices to refresh our network
How? We should call three names from our address book and suggest to do something with them then keep good contacts with them.
But there are some risks and opportunities to stimulate a network.
We need time to keep the relationship fresh and reliable.
If we do nothing, we loose the trust of someone and a good opportunity maybe.
The opportunity is of course to achieve our goals thanks to the network.

- Observe your network, check your Emails
- Take time to create new relationships through for instance face-to-face events
- Don’t promise something which you can’t respect
- Collect the names and the reasons why this person is in my network seriously
And finally tell about your network: what important is your network in your life? How are you keeping your database active and interesting?

Nice to see your blog! It’s great that you use your blog for many different things, we can more learn about you. But there is no central theme to link together your different categories. Maybe you can find a central theme, and write it on the head-title instead of “Just another WordPress.com weblog”.
I find better if you separate clearly professional and personal stuff. Maybe you could create another page just for personal things, like you did for the “voluntary and associative work”. It’s great to speak about many different things about you! But it could be better structured… do you see what I mean?
Your first page is maybe too long. You can limit the number of articles per page you know? (here: http://mandriam.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-reading.php) Then, to reduce the first view of your posts, maybe you can use the tool ‘more’. That provokes a curiosity in your readers, and then, they can read more if they want.
I like pictures of your blog, there are relevant and interesting. Your links are also relevant (for example BPW), keep going on this way!

Hi Mialy,
as I already wrote I like your blog. It could be useful to arrange your posts as following:
- creation of new pages: About me + Bar project
This means you delete the reffering posts and create them as pages, this would be a better structure.
Concerning the post of the articles you can keep the categories.
If you like you might add a title in your header in order to show the theme of your blog.
