I am very curious. I question a lot and like to discuss with the other members of the team in order to make the objectives clear and precise.
I’m convinced that listening to others is the most important thing in a team. A good communication is essential to make a good work. We need of each other and we must assemble our ideas to achieve our objectives.
I am diplomatic. I don’t want to be blocked by a conflict or by a sad ambiance. I need working in a good environment. I respect the different points of view of each member and show a large indulgence.
Team-work is very motivating. I am very pleased to participate in a common project. I am very excited and I am looking forward to see results.

I involved in scouting and in a high musical performance therefore I am resourceful and energetic. These qualities are necessary when we hope to work in the finance field. I need to do personal planning in order to fix goals clear and precise. Meeting a goal means working continuesly for a project with little step.
However I consider myself as an emotional person. Sometimes I have a susceptibility to impatience and contrarieties. Moreover, I can be anxious. I have problems with organizing myself so that I need to do personal planning.
